Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

By booking, purchasing, or using our Video Editing, Video Shooting, Photography, or related creative services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide creative services that may include video production, video shooting, photography, video editing, post-production, color correction, sound editing, graphics, and other related services agreed with the client.

The exact scope, deliverables, schedule, and pricing may be defined through a quotation, proposal, invoice, written message, contract, or other written agreement.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are based on the information and requirements provided by the client at the time of enquiry.

Changes to the project scope, shooting duration, locations, crew, equipment, travel requirements, deliverables, editing requirements, or deadlines may result in additional charges.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking may require an advance payment or deposit before the project date is reserved.

The remaining payment must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Final files, high-resolution materials, or unrestricted agreed deliverables may be withheld until outstanding payments have been received.

4. Client Requirements

The client must provide accurate project information and all materials, instructions, approvals, and feedback reasonably required to complete the project.

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to us can legally be used for the intended project.

5. Shoot Locations & Permissions

Where required, the client is responsible for securing permission to film or photograph at private venues, commercial locations, restricted areas, or other locations requiring authorization unless we have expressly agreed to arrange such permissions.

Additional venue, permit, travel, parking, accommodation, equipment, or location fees may be charged separately.

6. Creative Direction

Clients are encouraged to communicate references, preferences, brand guidelines, and creative expectations before production or editing begins.

While we will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed creative direction, creative services involve professional and artistic judgment. Minor differences between references and the final result do not necessarily constitute a failure to provide the agreed service.

7. Revisions

Projects may include a specified number of revision rounds.

Requests outside the agreed revision allowance, substantial changes after approval, or requests that alter the original scope may require additional fees and additional production time.

8. Delivery

Final content will be delivered using the format and method agreed with the client.

Delivery estimates may change because of additional revisions, delayed feedback, technical issues, third-party dependencies, force majeure events, or changes requested by the client.

9. Copyright & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of our underlying creative work remains with us to the extent permitted by applicable law.

After full payment, the client receives the usage rights agreed for the project. Any limitations relating to commercial use, advertising, redistribution, resale, modification, exclusivity, or third-party licensing should be agreed before the project begins.

Third-party materials such as music, stock footage, fonts, templates, graphics, or other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licence terms.

10. Portfolio & Promotional Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use completed work or selected portions of it for our portfolio, website, showreel, social media, awards, presentations, or other self-promotional purposes.

Where confidentiality is required, the client should communicate this requirement before confirming the project.

11. Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type and scale of the project.

Amounts already spent on crew, equipment, locations, transportation, accommodation, third-party services, or other non-recoverable expenses may remain payable.

12. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Additional expenses resulting from a change of date, time, venue, crew, equipment, or other arrangements may be charged to the client.

13. Client-Supplied Content

The client represents that they have the necessary rights, licences, permissions, or authorizations for any photographs, footage, music, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, or other materials supplied for use in the project.

We are not responsible for claims arising solely from materials supplied or specifically required by the client where the client did not have appropriate rights or authorization.

14. Data & File Retention

Clients should maintain their own copies of all delivered files.

We do not guarantee permanent storage of raw footage, photographs, editing files, or completed projects after delivery. Files may be deleted after a reasonable storage period unless a separate storage service has been agreed.

15. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party providers, platforms, equipment rentals, stock media, cloud storage, music licensing, venues, or other external services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, outages, or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Force Majeure

Neither party will be responsible for failure or delay caused by events reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, serious equipment failure, government restrictions, civil disruption, internet or power outages, or other comparable circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, alternative arrangements will be discussed.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, making an agreed payment, or proceeding with our services after receiving these Terms, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable Terms of Service and project-specific arrangements.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
