CUSTOMER POLICY

We are committed to providing professional, reliable, and transparent Video Editing, Video Shooting, and Photography services. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth working relationship and clear expectations for every project.

Booking & Confirmation

All projects are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the project requirements have been agreed upon and any required advance payment or booking deposit has been received.

Clients are requested to provide accurate information regarding the project, including date, location, duration, required services, expected deliverables, and any special requirements.

Payment Policy

Pricing is determined according to the nature, duration, complexity, location, equipment requirements, editing requirements, and final deliverables of each project.

Advance Payment (Rs.10,000/- ) will be considered your booking. Without advance payment your booking will not be confirmed. All balance / remaining amount you should paid at event OR after events 

All payments will made upon CASH, BANK TRANFER, EASY PAISA etc.

Additional work outside the originally agreed scope may be charged separately.

For Videos

Videos & Albums will be delivered after 1 month as per our policy OR When you will provide us your selected pictures.

For Albums

Therea are 10 sheets album with glass top. Album requires 60 to 70 pictures from your selections. If you dont want your ablum; so we also offer 50 to 60 pictures edits.

Note for Client

All event data will be delivered in USB Drive; that you will be provide us. Cost of USB Drive will be charged as your event data.

Raw Files & Project Files

Requests for raw or project files may be subject to availability, additional charges, storage limitations, and applicable licensing restrictions.

File Storage

Completed projects and source materials may be stored for a limited period after final delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading, backing up, and safely storing their final files.

Permanent storage or future availability of project files is not guaranteed unless a separate storage arrangement has been agreed.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information and project details provided by clients will be handled responsibly and used primarily for communication, project management, service delivery, payment administration, and other legitimate business purposes.

Confidential materials will not knowingly be disclosed to unauthorized parties except where required for project delivery, with permission, or where disclosure is required by law.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, releases, venue approvals, licences, and authorizations for materials, people, locations, music, logos, trademarks, or other content they provide or request us to use.

Professional Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to stop, postpone, or decline work where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, threatening, or materially different from those originally agreed.

Our goal is to maintain a professional, respectful, and safe working environment for clients, crew members, models, guests, and other participants.
